All orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) the to lower 48 states and deliver in 3-5 business days.
Items over 150 lbs Bike Kits and Long Block, which are shipped as freight by truck. can take up to 10 days.

we ship to USA lower 48 states via UPS direct from suppliers warehouse. This provides fast shipping without the added cost of expedited shipping. free shipping to the lower 48 states on on orders $100.00 and up.

$7.95 $0-$99.99 free $100.00 up unlimited number of items up to cart limit (150-lbs). There may be oversize chages on some items. Such as fenders,gas tanks, wheels.

For free shipping on freight Items such as engines pick up at UPS. use your local UPS terminal or ups store address as the shipping address on your order.
will not deliver to residential address. Add order note “hold for pickup”.

back order policy
Parts ordered that are on back order will be refunded immediately.
If there is a replacement part available we will notify you and get your approval before substituting a replacement part. Any difference in cost will be refunded or collected before order is shipped.
we will notify you by email when a back ordered part becomes available so you can reorder if necessary.


Refer to the following policies when returning any item.

A. You can request a return authorization number through our website. Email: return authorization
Please Include the order number, part number and reason for return.
This number authorizes the return and does not automatically create a return..

B. Only items listed on the return authorization will be accepted by JPC.
The return goods authorization number must be on the outside of the shipping box.
Do not write the authorization number on the outside of original manufacturer’s box.
Return of new, saleable merchandise must be
within 30 days of invoice.

D. Allow 5 business days for the processing of a return that is completed in house. In some cases, JPC, cannot authorize exchange or credit of a returned part without the original manufacturer’s consultation.
Some items must be forwarded to the vendor and are subject to the vendor’s time table. Please allow additional processing time for these returns.

E. A restocking charge of 20% – 25% May be applied to all returned goods unless found to be defective.
If an exchange is being made it will be sent freight paid. after we receive the damaged part.
No returns will be accepted on modified, sanded, drilled, ground, or repainted products.
No credit will be issued for labor costs incurred beyond the original invoice price of the

F. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of order.

If You receive a product with a defect, which is obvious to the eye, return defective part for credit. Credit will not be issued until JPC has received the item in question, and our technical support staff has inspected it.

Items placed in service, installed and/or used will be considered for standard warranty for replacement, repair, or pro-rated exchange. No credit will be issued on any item after it has been installed. All replacement or repair privileges are void when a product is reworked or altered by anyone. JPC warranties each new product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from date of original purchase.
This warranty is valid provided product is properly installed on the original vehicle, subject to normal use and service, is not utilized for race or competition purposes, and is not modified. These products must be returned freight paid and we will then forwarded to the manufacturer. If a thorough inspection of the product by the factory indicates defects in material or workmanship, the sole obligation of JPC shall be to have the product repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. This warranty covers only the product and does not include the cost of installation or removal. JPC shall not be liable for any and all consequential damages.
At all times, we reserve the right to repair, exchange, or issue credit This does not apply to
items under warranty.

Any defective items with the following part prefixes are warranty exchange only; 32-Electrical, 33-Lighting, 34-Air Cleaner, 35-Carburetor/Fuel, 39-Speedometer/Tachometer. All parts with the above prefixes that are ordered
incorrectly will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The following products may not be returned to us:
1. Alternator rotors or clutch drums with magnets
2. Exhaust pipes because of blueing or rusting that is the result of engine heat and elements.
3. All front and rear belts from all manufacturers.
4. Oil or gas tanks with broken mounting tabs due to vibration.
5.Consumable items: paints, lubricants, cables, filters, points and rubber parts.
6. Parts books, manuals and any other type of books.
7. Open packages of service products, including gaskets, pins, bolts, rollers, o-rings and hardware.
8. Defective batteries containing acid will be credited in lieu of an exchange.
9. Broken glass or mirrors
10. Frames

Carburetion related products, carburetor rebuild kits, petcocks and jets will be accepted for warranty/factory warranty only. No credit will be issued.

Electrical items including Accel and Dyna carry a factory warranty for replacement or repair.
Lighting products and mirrors will be accepted for warranty exchange only.

Speedometers and tachometers are warranty exchange only for vibration,
not for application or ratio differences up to 10 miles per hour.

Returns for reasons other than damage in shipment. you must contact and request a return authorization. No parts will be accepted for return without a return authorization.

If you receive a wrong part. If you receive a part that is not the part number you ordered. JPC will issue a full refund.

If you receive a part that has a factory defect.  you will receive a full refund. (this does not include shipping damage).

If you order the wrong part. If you order a part and you receive the part you ordered but it is not the right application and you want to return it. JPC will refund your purchase amount minus shipping and restocking fees.
restocking fees vary. JPC will refund the total amount the distributor credits us for the part.

Orders returned or refused will be put back in stock with a minimum 30% restocking charge . when received unused in original packaging balance will be refunded.

DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT: will not accept freight damaged merchandise for credit or account adjustment. Should you receive merchandise which is damaged in transit, the following procedures must be adhered to:
A. Keep all cartons, packaging and damaged products.
B.Make a notation on the delivery receipt before the delivering carrier leaves premises and retain a copy thereof.
C.Notify immediately.
D.Notify delivering carrier’s claims department immediately in settling claim. will assist in providing any documentation required to settle the claim.
E.If there is concealed damage, the delivering carrier must be notified within 24 hours. Ownership of the merchandise transfers at the F.O.B. shipping point. Therefore, claims for lost or damaged merchandise must be originated by recipient and are required to be made to the delivering carrier,not must be informed immediately when loss or damage claim occurs.
